3 Días Trail Ibiza-Ultra is a three-day trail running series on Ibiza, Spain’s largest Pityusic Island, held in November after the summer tourist season concludes. It provides four distance options across the weekend: Starter (approx. 30K), Media Maratón (approx. 43K), Maratón (approx. 61K), and Ultra (approx. 93K). Recent editions have seen over 850 participants, with a notable increase in international runners and a strong female field representing about 41% of competitors.
The first stage involves two 5K laps through Ibiza town, including Dalt Vila and its castle, with a night section requiring headlamps. The longest day is based in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, where the Ultra route covers 75K for over a hundred participants. The event draws competitive trail athletes, club runners, and visitors, with teams like KH-7 Trail Team frequently achieving podium finishes.
