Cordobaria 2026

Cordobaria is a Christmas 6K race held in Córdoba, Spain. It begins at 10:00 AM from the Balcón del Guadalquivir. Organized by Asociación Deportiva Ekiden Andalucía and the Banco de Alimentos Medina Azahara de Córdoba, its purpose is for runners to collect cooking oil for the food bank, aiding those facing economic hardship. The route commences by the Guadalquivir, following the Paseo de la Ribera. The current course is approximately 5.8 to 6 kilometers, rerouted to avoid the Mezquita-Catedral area as directed by local police. It follows the San Silvestre tradition, encouraging Christmas attire, costumes, and festive elements. Participants in costume can enter a drawing for Christmas lottery shares. Now in its twelfth edition, the event provides timing, refreshments, restrooms, parking, trophies, medals, and a race shirt.
