Fita 973 is a small mountain race and walk based in Vergós de Cervera, La Segarra, with all routes starting and finishing in the village. It is designed for those who wish to run or walk the trails near Cervera, offering three options: 8 km, 11 km, or 17 km. Entries are limited to 300 participants across all distances, and the event employs staggered morning starts for the different routes.
The courses follow the paths of the Segarra countryside near Cervera, providing runners and walkers a manageable way to explore them. Participants have 3 hours 30 minutes to complete their chosen distance, making the shorter options suitable for walkers and runners alike. The race and walk have previously attracted over 300 participants in its seventh edition, and the event also honors Marc and Àlex Márquez, motorcycle racers from Cervera.
