The Roscón de Reyes Race takes place in Marina Dénia in early January, coinciding with Spain’s Three Kings celebrations. The race is named after the roscón de Reyes, a ring-shaped cake traditionally eaten during this period, and it benefits the NGO Cerebrum.
The event, organized by Club de Rem Marina Dénia, features categories for Children, Youth, Seniors, and Veterans. A Can Run category allows participants to run with their dogs. Costumes are permitted, contributing to a festive, community-focused atmosphere rather than a purely competitive one. Now in its twelfth edition, the race possesses a local tradition without the feel of a large commercial event.
