Desafío Terras de Turonio

Desafío Terras de Turonio is a BTT mountain bike race held in Tomiño, within Spain’s Pontevedra province. Both the start and finish are located in Praza do Seixo. This chip-timed, homologated race features five categories and is in its thirteenth edition. The course emphasizes climbing and distance, featuring 3,500 meters of elevation gain and an equal amount of descending. Only 5% of the route is on asphalt; the majority is on dirt tracks or paths, with an additional 15% on trails. There is no open cross-country section. Participants will find six liquid aid stations and four solid aid stations. The finish area provides food, diplomas for all participants, trophies for the winners, and a prize raffle.
