Duatlón Mendizabala is a school-age duathlon held in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Araba-Álava, starting at the Mendizabala car park. The course utilizes three segments of 520 m, 660 m, and 1600 m, combined differently for each category. The youngest Prebenjamín participants complete 250 m running, 1 km cycling, and a final 125 m run. Benjamín athletes cover 500 m, 2 km, and 250 m. Alevín athletes race 1 km, 4 km, and 500 m, while Infantil athletes undertake 2 km, 8 km, and 1 km. The Cadete category features the longest distances: 2.5 km running, 10 km cycling, and 1.25 km running.
