Milanyada

La Milanyada is the popular walk of Vallfogona de Ripollès, held on the second Sunday of November when the beech forests are in autumn color. It is not a road race or a competition for fast times; it is a community walking event with two route options, so people can join at different fitness levels. Participants follow marked paths around the municipality and receive refreshments along the way, plus a small gift such as the event T-shirt when that is offered.
