Mugada 2026

Mugada is a 7 km running event held at the Pavelló Esportiu de Castelló d’Empúries in Girona. It begins at 18:30 and is designated non-competitive, giving it the atmosphere of a local community run rather than a race focused on podiums and pace groups. Participation is limited to 750 runners, with participants needing to be at least 12 years old in the race year. GEIS, the Grup Empordanès d'Investigacions Subterrànies, is the organizer. The 20 euro registration fee covers insurance. Bibs can be collected at the sports hall. Although the 7 km event is non-competitive, classifications and results will be published afterward.
