Sant Silvestre de l'Hospitalet de l'Infant 2026

The Sant Silvestre de l'Hospitalet de l'Infant is a running event held in late December in the municipality of Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, located in Catalonia's Baix Camp region. Organized by the local council's Sports Area, it begins in the morning and offers a community-race atmosphere rather than an elite-only competition. The event is now in its thirteenth edition. Its most significant tradition is its charitable nature: a small entry fee is collected from each participant, with all proceeds directed to the League Against Cancer for the Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre regions. This fee is paid upon bib collection, and the funds are used to support cancer patients and cancer-prevention initiatives.
