SGRAIL 100 Girona is a 104.6 km M-distance triathlon held in mid-October in Catalonia, Spain, beginning in Cadaques on the Costa Brava. The course features a short sea swim, a long bike leg with significant gravel sections, and a concluding road run, accumulating 1,400 m of elevation gain throughout the day. The event starts with a 1.5 km swim, followed by a 92.6 km cycling segment from Cadaques towards Girona, incorporating approximately 1,080 m of climbing. The race concludes with a 10.5 km road run that includes an additional 320 m of ascent. The course transitions from coastal scenery and beaches through natural landscapes to the city of Girona, offering a point-to-point journey across the province rather than a typical closed-loop triathlon.
