Tastavins Trail 2026

Tastavins Trail is an autumn mountain-running event in the Tastavins area of Teruel, with race listings tied to Ráfales and Peñarroya de Tastavins. It offers several short-to-medium trail options rather than one single distance, including 7 km, 11 km, 17 km, and 22 km runs, plus a 14 km walk. The 7 km option is the Vertical la Buitrera Trail, which gives the programme a sharper uphill element alongside the longer trail races. The event started in 2017 with the motto “Run... or walk with the whole family,” and that still explains its shape pretty well. It is built for mixed abilities, from runners taking on the mountain routes to walkers, children, and families who want a lighter way into the day. The programme includes children’s races and kids’ activities, while runners get practical race support such as liquid and solid aid stations, toilets, showers, medical services, medals, trophies, and a finish-area announcer.
