Metsä Group Seurakisat 2026

Metsä Group Seurakisat is a Finnish athletics series for ages 5 to 15. The meets are local, accessible competition days held annually in over 500 locations across Finland. Together, they attract more than 25,000 young participants, emphasizing participation over identifying only the fastest athletes. The format centers on club-level athletics, encouraging children to try sports in a supportive environment and develop skills through various events. Families participate, with parents often assisting as officials, giving the meets a community sports day feel.
