Metsä Group Seurakisat 2026

Metsä Group Seurakisat is a nationwide series of local athletics meets for children and young people in Finland. It is aimed at ages 5 to 15, with more than 500 events held around the country each year and over 25,000 participants in total. The format is built for low-threshold club-level competition, so young athletes can try athletics in a safe, cheerful setting rather than a high-pressure one. Event days are family affairs: parents can help as officials, while Metsä Group supports the series as title partner and main partner for children’s athletics in cooperation with the Finnish Athletics Federation.
