Metsä Group Seurakisat 2026

Metsä Group Seurakisat is a playful athletics competition series organized with Metsä Group and Länsi-Uudenmaan Urheilijat, supported by the Finnish Athletics Federation. The meets are integrated into the club’s regular training schedule, allowing athletes to participate during their usual practice times without needing a competition license. Each session begins with a group warm-up before the day’s event(s), which may include short track races like the 60-meter dash. The series relies on family involvement, with parents of participating children serving as officials, timing results, maintaining the sand pit, and enabling the competition for each training group.
