The 10 km de Castillon is a winter road race held in Port-de-Bouc. It begins and ends at the stadium on Avenue de Provence, utilizing the Castillon plateau. The stadium location is selected for the colder months. The primary race covers 10 km with approximately 150 meters of elevation gain, meaning it is not entirely flat.
The event also features a 6 km trail race, offering participants a shorter off-road alternative within the same program. Foulée Port-de-Boucaine is the organizing body, providing aid stations and changing facilities. Awards are given to the first-place finisher in each category and race, with all participants receiving a finisher's item. This race has been a regular fixture in January for several years.
