The 10 Km de Changé is a road race held in late March in Changé, a commune in Sarthe, Pays de la Loire, France. Participants can select either a 5 km or 10 km race, with both courses being single loops within the commune. The 10 km event is more popular, having attracted over 600 participants in a past edition, while the 5 km has seen over 100 runners.
The course combines urban streets with natural areas, offering more than just a run through developed roads. The event also serves as a qualifier for the French Championships, adding a competitive dimension beyond local participants. Bib collection takes place at the Gymnase de l'Auneau on rue Louise Michel. Online registration concludes before race weekend, and same-day sign-ups are not available, requiring participants to complete their entry details beforehand.
