14me Edition Marche Nordique Plateau Des Grandes Terres - Venissieux 2027

The Marche Nordique Plateau des Grandes Terres is a Nordic walking event held on the Plateau des Grandes Terres in Vénissieux, Rhône department, near Lyon. Organized by AFA Feyzin-Vénissieux, it features three course options: a timed 10.6 km race in the morning, a 9 km leisure walk following it, and a 4 km intergenerational walk later. The main race holds an FFA bronze label and acts as a support event for the AURA Nordic Walking Championships, attracting both competitive walkers and local participants. The timed course includes approximately 100 m of elevation gain. Bib pickup is available early at the gymnasium. Recent events have seen a few hundred finishers in total, with the leisure walk frequently drawing as many or more participants than the competitive race.
