The Aymon Trail is a February trail-running event held in Bogny-sur-Meuse, Ardennes, primarily utilizing forest paths. The main events include a marathon-distance trail of approximately 42 km with over 2,000 m elevation gain, a 33 km race with about 1,600 m of climbing, and an 18 km race featuring around 800 m of ascent. Organized by K Raid Ardennes, the event also offers shorter children's trails and a 6 km night hike.
The courses traverse the hills situated between the Meuse and Semoy valleys, guiding participants through woods, along ridges, up climbs, and past viewpoints overlooking the valleys. The local setting is linked to the Ardennes legend of the Four Sons of Aymon, inspiring the race's name. A recent edition saw over 1,700 registered runners, indicating a strong turnout for a regional trail running weekend.
