The Boucles de La Tourlandry is a winter race weekend held in La Tourlandry, within Chemillé-en-Anjou in Maine-et-Loire. This event unites road and trail runners in a local series, featuring night road races, night trail running, longer daytime trails, and children’s races organized by age group.
All races commence near the sports hall. This is where spectators gather and the announcer calls finishers by name and club. The schedule includes 5 km and 10 km road races, trail options of approximately 13 km, 17-18 km, and 24 km, plus a route through the local bocage that ascends to the highest point in Maine-et-Loire at 214 metres. The event attracts a wide range of participants; record attendance was 1,600 registered runners, with over 100 children competing in their races.
