C’est Bon Pour La Mine is a local trail race in Petite-Rosselle, Moselle, Grand Est, France, scheduled for mid-April. The primary offering is a 10 km trail, the most popular choice, run on a single loop. The event is limited to 250 participants, with just over 100 attending the last edition.
The start is at the COSEC sports complex in Petite-Rosselle, with runners beginning at 10 am. The race also features a 19 km nature course, including approximately 300 metres of elevation gain; a previous 19.5 km version had 45 starters. Runners tous terrains Petite-Rosselle organizes the event. Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in each category, and the first 100 registered runners get a technical T-shirt. The name translates to “It’s good for the mine,” a reference to the area's mining history.
