The Celine is an 11.6 km solidarity race and hike in Opoul-Périllos, held in memory of Celine, a former deputy of the commune who died too young. The event was organized by her husband Alain Luny, coach of Ponteilla XV, and her brother Lionel, and it drew nearly 400 participants: 226 runners and 170 hikers.
The route crosses the Natura 2000 area of Corbières-Fenouillèdes, offering a view over the Roussillon plain from Salveterre castle. It includes a technical climb followed by a difficult descent. Les foulées de Perpignan marked the course, Centre chrono sports managed the timing, and volunteers handled bib pickup, aid stations, guiding, course security, and post-race refreshments. Soldier Ahmed Bouafia won in 46:36, followed by Melvin and Hugo Chastang.
