Corrida Des Lampions - Savigny Le Sec 2026

Corrida des Lampions is an evening running event in Savigny-le-Sec, a village in Côte-d'Or, held a few days before Christmas. It is a local race night rather than a single-distance road race, with short children’s or family distances of 300 m, 1 km, and about 2.3 km before the 9.1 km main run later in the evening. The Savigny Trail Club organizes the event with volunteers, with club president Laurent Cote and other club officers involved in its return. The race was first created in the mid-2000s, later stopped, and came back after a nine-year break, bringing runners back into the village streets for a festive pre-Christmas evening.
