The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc stop of the Coupe de France Snowboard is an open national snowboard meeting in the French Alps, listed locally as the French Snowboard Championships and the Minizap Vallée de l’Arve. It takes place over several spring days across Chamonix’s Grands Montets and Balme ski areas, featuring Snowboard Cross at Grands Montets-Argentière and Parallel Giant Slalom at Le Tour/Balme.
The schedule follows a typical race week format: reconnaissance, training sessions, qualifications by age category, and finals by category. Both children and adults receive course inspection and training time. Race committees convene at the Club des Sports, the event organizer, which also hosts the prize ceremonies. A notable aspect is the Chamonix club's gathering to honor Merlin Surget and Chloé Trespeuch, French snowboarders who returned after winning bronze medals at the World Championships in Bakuriani.
