The Course de la Diversité Seclin is a short corporate running event held in Seclin, in France's Nord department. Runners begin from the drève facing the town hall. This event is designed for workplaces, public bodies, and associations, not for a typical open road-race field. Participants can select either a 3 km or 6 km distance, and they may compete individually or in pairs. The event commences in the late afternoon and actively incorporates its diversity theme: gender, age, able-bodied runners, and disabled participants all compete together.
The race is organized by the Hauts-de-France league of the French Federation of Corporate Sport, with assistance from the City of Seclin, Athlétisme Club Seclinois, the Lille metropolitan authority, and the department. Past participating teams have included Véolia, the City of Seclin, and the local union of traders, artisans, and services. Prior to the start, the Seclin Carvin Hospital Group and Club Cœur et Santé provide basic health checks and advice, such as blood-sugar testing, breath testing, diet tips, and general health guidance. Proceeds from entries benefit Restos du Cœur in the Lille area and Liens Essentiels, a Seclin association, thus connecting a workplace run with local charity fundraising.
