The Course du Bord de Saône is a riverside running event in Saint-Bernard, Ain, eastern France, typically held in early March. The adult program offers several distances, from a short run to a semi-marathon, with options of 8 km, 14 km, and 21 km. Walking events and children’s races are also available over 500 m, 1500 m, and 3000 m.
The routes remain within Ain and follow the Saône riverbank. Recent course adjustments have shifted the race away from the lake area, dedicating more of the path to the river. This event caters to beginners, experienced runners, juniors, walkers, and those preferring low-key local races. It is also a component of the Challenge Saône 4 Seasons.
