The Duchesses d'Uzès run-and-walk takes place in Uzès, located in France's Gard department. It occurs in early October, with the start area opening in the morning at the Parvis de l'Ombrière. Participants can select routes from 5 to 11 kilometers, making the event suitable for walkers, casual runners, and those seeking a short local competition over a long endurance challenge. The event welcomes men, women, and children, with participation limited to 500 bibs. For five years, the Duchesses d'Uzès have organized the race to support breast cancer research, providing the event with a distinct charitable aim and a sense of community.
