Courses de la Rosière is a small running event in Pontcharra, France, set around the Plan d'eau des Lônes and the Île Fribaud sports complex. It is held in late summer and offers a 10 km race, a 5 km race, a non-timed 5 km walk, plus 1 km and 2 km races for children.
The main route uses two flat 5 km loops, so runners get a quick course with almost no climbing. The 10 km is part of the Challenge Running du Grésivaudan, which gives it a place in the local racing calendar, while the walk and children's races make the day open to more than competitive runners. A recent edition listed just over 200 participants, and the setup includes changing rooms, showers, toilets, refreshments, dedicated parking, and bib pickup on site or the day before at Parc Saint-Exupéry.
