Courses Nature Des Coëvrons - Évron takes place at the Gué-de-Selle site in Mézangers, Mayenne, western France. Held in April, it features three distances: a challenging 50 km trail race, a hilly 20 km, and a simpler 8 km loop around Gué-de-Selle. The 50 km distance was extended from 40 km following the initial event, which generated sufficient interest for the CA Évronnais club to continue the race with modifications tailored for trail runners. The 50 km course crosses the trails of Montaigu and Mont-Rochard, with minimal road sections (2 km). It includes two passages by the Montaigu refuge and two through Sainte-Gemmes-le-Robert. This 50 km race is intended for experienced trail runners, the 20 km requires some training, and the 8 km is suitable for casual participants.
