D-Tour is a trail race series held in late April in Saint-Denis, Réunion, featuring routes that ascend into the natural areas above the city. Participants can select from 70 km, 45 km, or 25 km options, accommodating both extended mountain challenges and shorter trail runs. The 70 km race presents a demanding day, involving 3,500 meters of elevation gain. The routes utilize the higher elevations of Saint-Denis, steering clear of the city center. This event, with its local historical roots, is approaching its 20th edition.
