The Duathlon d'Argentré is a small multisport race held in Argentré, Mayenne, centered on the town's lake. Following five editions of the duathlon, Laval Triathlon Club updated the format to the Run & Bike d'Argentré, featuring competitors racing in pairs instead of individually. The event includes team categories for men, women, and mixed pairs, with adult and youth races included in the same program.
The primary run-and-bike distances are 18 km for participants aged 16 and older, and 9 km for those aged 14 and older. The two starts are scheduled five minutes apart in the morning. Younger children have shorter races: 1.5 km for ages 6 to 9 and 3 km for ages 10 to 13, in addition to an Animathlon for kids. The race maintains connections to its duathlon history through past editions and results, and organizers provide food on site post-race.
