The Duathlon de Saint-Dizier is a run-bike event held in Saint-Dizier, featuring distinct races for children, teenagers, and adults. The day commences with the Jeunes 1 and Jeunes 2 races at 10 AM. Subsequently, the XS Open, for participants aged 14 and above, begins around 11 AM, followed by the S Open, for those aged 16 and over, at 1:30 PM.
Each race involves both running and cycling segments, with distances tailored to the age group and category. This structure creates a full-day local duathlon program rather than a single start-line event, as younger athletes compete first, and older participants move into the longer open races later in the day.
