Echappee Du Tertre is a cyclotourism ride held in early September, beginning in Saint-Parres-aux-Tertres, near Troyes in France’s Aube department. It uses public roads and offers participants three distance options: 36 km, 67 km, and 85 km. The shortest route is a gentle ride with approximately 100 m of elevation gain, the 67 km option gains 380 m, and the 85 km route climbs 500 m.
This is an afternoon event organized by a club, not a closed-road race, with VC SPAT 10 listed as the organizer. Both licensed and non-licensed riders may enter, and all three distances share the same low entry fee of 5 EUR. Participants start from Saint-Parres-aux-Tertres, select a route suited to their ability, and finish within the event's operating hours.
