Enduro des 3 Caps is a mountain bike enduro held in Gassin, within the Gulf of Saint-Tropez region. The race is organized by Avenir Cyclisme Gassinois, with its base at Salle Municipale Espelidou. The event follows the standard enduro format: participants complete a 25 km course, but only five timed special stages contribute to their final time. The total elevation gain for the day is 1050 m, making it a physically demanding race despite its relatively short distance on paper, because of the timed descents and liaison stages.
The timed stages are named Ancienne DH, Collebasse, Tanguy, Restanques, and a final DH stage, with lengths varying from under 1 km to 2.4 km. A Powerstage is included, featuring both uphill and downhill sections, and is designated as suitable for e-bikes. Additionally, there is an optional night stage, ridden purely for enjoyment, where each participant provides their own lighting. Riders must be at least U17, observe normal road rules during liaisons, and the race is part of the Var Championship, with category winners earning the Var enduro MTB champion title.
