Explor'run Clion-Sur-Seugne 2027

Explor'Run Clion-sur-Seugne is a trail race held in Clion-sur-Seugne, a village in Charente-Maritime. This event is the second stage of the Tour des Villages de Pierres et d'Eau. It features two race distances: the 10 km de la Seugne, offering 60 meters of elevation gain for participants aged 16 and older, and the 20 km de Clion, with 200 meters of elevation gain for those aged 18 and older. The race begins at the Musée des vieux outils et métiers anciens, aligning with the event's emphasis on local heritage. The course guides participants past village landmarks, including Pont aux Ânes, Le Lavoir, the Saint-Paul chapel, and the Saint-Paul springs. This is the inaugural edition of the race, with morning briefings preceding each distance and awards presented late in the morning.
