Foulée des Gardis 2026

Foulée des Gardis is a trail race in Cadenet, Vaucluse, southern France, offering two loop distances: 9 km with 300 m elevation gain or 14 km with 360 m. The race takes place in the hills surrounding the village, offering a local, outdoorsy atmosphere distinct from road races. The routes are also open to walkers, extending the event's appeal beyond competitive runners. The loops traverse forest tracks and paths alongside olive groves and vineyards, with clear views toward the Sainte-Victoire massif and the Durance Valley. The longer course is considered a traditional Vaucluse event, and the series has been held for at least 30 years. On race day, participants will find two aid stations, sponges available on the course, showers near the finish line, and a substantial buffet afterward. Children aged 5 to 15 can participate in their own free races, which include obstacle sections. Awards for adults are presented to the top male and female finishers overall and within their age categories.
