Foulées d'automne is an autumn nature-running event in Beaucouzé, Maine-et-Loire, organized by SCB Running. Adult runners can select 5 km, 10 km, or 15 km races. The event also includes a 10 km morning walk, children's races, a family relay, and a relay for local associations. This is a community event, not a large city race; one 10 km edition had 72 starters and 71 finishers, with the winner finishing in 35:35.
Each adult course is a single loop on paths, trails, woods, undergrowth, and country roads around Beaucouzé. The event has been held for over forty years. It is designed to include more than just competitive runners: walkers begin in the morning, children and relay teams participate in the early afternoon, and food trucks provide lunch on site. One euro from each entry is donated to the REVES association, and runners can organize shared travel via the COVOIT'RUN app.
