At Épinal’s Parc du Château, Foulées des Barbus brings men together for a non-timed 6.5 km run or walk. The event raises awareness for male cancers and is part of France’s national cancer-awareness calendar, linked to Octobre Rose. It typically takes place in early November, preceded by a morning warm-up. The 6.5 km route is suitable for casual runners and walkers. A separate 2 km course is available for individuals with reduced mobility.
