The Foulées Gorronnaises is a running event held in Gorron, located in the Mayenne region of north-west France. It is organized by CANOM, the local cross-country and athletics club. All races begin and end on Place Barrabé. Afternoon events include separate races for children, older youth, and adults. The primary race, for Juniors through Masters, covers a distance of 6 to 10 km.
The event is open to participants aged 7 and above, with no upper age limit. Those under 15 years old can participate for free. The adult race is part of the Challenge du Bocage Mayennais, marking the season's opening event for this challenge. This adds a local club-runner atmosphere to the day, extending beyond the children's races. Participants must present a valid FFA licence or a recent medical certificate for competitive running. Minors are also required to submit a health questionnaire.
