Foulées O2 l'air is a running and walking event held in late August in Plourivo, Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany. Organized by the O2 l'air association, the event supports patients with cystic fibrosis receiving treatment at the Roscoff center. Participants can select a 20 km road race featuring approximately 462-465 m of elevation gain, a 10 km race with 150 m of climbing, or a 6 km inclusive race. A 6 km untimed inclusive walk is also available.
The longer races offer a more challenging, hilly terrain, while the 6 km route is flatter and accessible to wheelchair users. The event also features nature and forest segments, alongside children’s and junior courses, extending beyond a simple two-distance road race for adults. Start times are staggered throughout the morning, beginning with the 20 km, followed by the inclusive 6 km, and then the 10 km. Entry fees for the main races are reasonable, with the 10 km priced at 10 euros and the 20 km at 18 euros.
