Foulées poussannaises 2026

The Foulées Poussannaises takes place in December in Poussan, Occitanie, starting at the Collège de Poussan bus parking lot. This is the sixth edition of a charity event supporting AFM Telethon and Med d'Oc Solidaire. The event offers races for various ages and skill levels, including children's distances of 1.1 km and 1.8 km, and adult distances of 5 km, 11.5 km, and 20 km. The longer races are not flat. The 20 km route features 700 m of elevation gain, the 11.5 km has 300 m, and the 5 km includes 100 m. These main events are more akin to trail running than a typical town race. Approximately 900 runners are anticipated, from children in the free races to adults tackling the more challenging courses. Entente Poussan Balaruc Villeveyrac is the organizing body, and GPX files for each route are provided.
