Hyères Running Days is a December running festival held in Hyères, located on the Mediterranean coast of the Var department in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The event offers more than just a single road race; its program includes flat 5 km and 10 km road races under the Prom'Hyères name, short trail options, a 20 km night trail, a duathlon, walking events, youth races, and a corporate relay. A significant part of its draw is the location, with routes that take advantage of Hyères' seaside ambiance instead of a typical big-city street circuit.
The race offerings cater to diverse participants. Road runners can select flat races like La Hyèroise (7 km) or La Prom'Hyères (5 km and 10 km). Trail runners have the Trail des Étoiles available in 10 km and 20 km distances. Walkers can opt for several 7 km charity walks, or the Rando des Étoiles, a 10 km route with 300 metres of elevation gain. Families are accommodated with a 3 km parents-and-children challenge and a course designed for children and juniors. The series also features Longe Côte events, including solo and four-person team races ranging from 700 metres to 6.8 km, and a two-hour corporate relay run on a flat 1 km loop.
