L'Hivernale des Lacs 2027

L'Hivernale des Lacs takes place in early January in Orthez, Pyrénées-Atlantiques. It offers runners a 13.5 km course and walkers options around 8 to 8.7 km, accommodating both timed efforts and those beginning the season at a relaxed pace. The courses run alongside the Gave de Pau river. The longer distance is described as both a trail route and a road race in different event details. Les Amis des Foulées Fébus organize the event, which traditionally starts the off-stadium running season in department 64. Recent participation neared 1,300 runners, following an increase from just over 1,150 participants the prior year.
