La Bambou Run - 10 km 2026

La Bambou Run is a timed nature race in Ramatuelle, starting near Cabane Bambou by Pampelonne. Adults can select either a 5 km or 10 km distance before race day. The 10 km course consists of two loops, while the 5 km course uses one. Adult races commence at 9 a.m. and are open to both licensed and non-licensed runners, featuring Junior, Senior, and Master categories for women and men. Sportips manages timing and online registration, ensuring a chip-timed event. The route combines vineyards, road sections, and sand, offering the 10 km more variation than a simple town loop. Refreshments and fruit are available on the course, with stations around km 3 and km 8. The site includes a first-aid station staffed by a doctor and an ambulance. Cabane Bambou organizes this second edition of the race, supported by volunteers at intersections, the refreshment area, and the finish line. The event also features free children's races categorized by age, ranging from 400 m to approximately 1.4 km, alongside food vendors operating throughout the day.
