La caminade d'Odos 2026

La Caminade d'Odos is an October trail and running event held in Odos, a commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées. The current programme includes a 21 km race, a 12 km race, a hiking option, and children's races, catering to both runners and walkers. The 21 km race begins at 09:30 with an ascent of approximately 550 m, while the 12 km race starts at 10:00, climbing about 300 m. The longer races present enough hills to feel like trail running, yet the availability of shorter distances and walking formats ensures the event is accessible to a broader local audience. Previous editions featured 9 km, 10 km, 15 km, and 18 km options, including a 10 km marche sportive, indicating a flexible format over the years. The event has a significant local history, with over thirty editions completed, and one past 10 km race was part of the regional championship.
