La Carpentrassienne 2027

La Carpentrassienne is a 10 km relay race in Carpentras, featuring two 5 km legs, where each runner completes one short road-race distance before passing to a teammate. It is associated with World Women's Rights Day and runs under the slogan “Le sport donne des Elles.” Teams consist of either two women or one woman and one man, and participants must be age 14 or older. The race format is straightforward: a women’s or mixed pair runs 2 x 5 km, with a distinct prize for the fastest women’s 5 km split. ASPTT Carpentras Running organizes the event with backing from the town hall and the municipal sports office. All participants receive a prize, and the top five teams in the women’s and mixed categories also receive awards.
