La Castel Run 2026

La Castel Run takes place on the trails of Hauts d'Anjou, offering participants a choice between 10 km and 23 km routes after a common start. The decision point is at the 6 km mark, meaning a single registration allows participation in either trail distance. This event serves as the fourth stage of the Challenge Trail Anjou Logémaine, with the 10 km route contributing to the short challenge and the 23 km route to the long challenge. The day includes more than just the two trail runs. A 10 km walking route is available, alongside mountain-bike rides of 23 km and 33 km. Children's races are also organized for ages 4 to 16. The climbs are moderate for trail running, featuring 75 meters of elevation gain on the 10 km course and 150 meters on the 23 km course. This is the event's sixth edition. The schedule begins with the bike rides, followed later in the morning by the trail runners, walkers, and children's races.
