La course à la bodicienne - Bousies 2026

La Course à la Bodicienne is a local race day in Bousies, in the Bocage Avesnois area of northern France, offering trail running, road running, walking, and children's races. The main off-road option is a 23 km trail, mostly through the forest, incorporating local paths and a small section of road. A 10 km road race is also available, which includes a forest segment, ensuring the shorter run is not solely on pavement. The walking route spans 11 km through the streets of Bousies, with an 8 km option for a shorter walk. Children have their own races of 900 m and 2.2 km, with every finisher receiving a medal. This event, now in its twenty-third edition, attracted over 500 participants previously and maintains a tradition of honoring a club during the day.
