La Lampaulaise is a trail event in Lampaul-Plouarzel, on the Finistère coast, where runners move between the dunes and the Trézien lighthouse. It offers three trail distances: 9 km, 16 km, and 27 km, plus walking routes of 7 km, 10 km, and 14 km. The event is organized by Association La Lampaulaise and has a local, community feel. Both races and walks raise money for Kerargroas school’s parents’ association, Les défis de Morgann, and Les enfants d’Arthur.
The 9 km and 16 km races begin at the dunes complex in Lampaul-Plouarzel, while the 27 km starts at the Trézien lighthouse. Runners participating in the longest distance can use a paid shuttle from the dunes complex to the lighthouse start, simplifying the point-to-point logistics. The course description indicates a coastal trail rather than a road race, with dunes, sea air, open paths, and a lighthouse landmark defining the event's character.
