La Nocturne du Coeur 2026

La Nocturne du Coeur starts runners and walkers after dark from Verfeil, located about 20 km north-east of Toulouse. This is a friendly evening trail event offering a 9 km trail or walk and a 15 km trail, allowing participants to select a shorter outing or a longer run with more elevation gain. The 15 km race begins first in the early evening, followed by the 9 km race and then the walk. The 9 km route includes approximately 240 m of climbing, while the 15 km route has about 300 m. This provides a genuine trail running challenge without becoming a mountain race. The event is timed, but no awards are given, reflecting its atmosphere: participants attend for the enjoyment of running at night and to support a worthy cause. Proceeds benefit Les Petites Bosses and Tous avec Noé. Onion soup is served at the finish, with hot wine available around the halfway point.
