La Poco Loco Montpellier 2026

La Poco Loco Montpellier is a self-supported bikepacking ride from Montpellier to Barcelona, offering 350 km and 700 km routes suitable for road and gravel bikes. Participants begin on a Saturday morning following a provided breakfast of pastries and coffee. They then cycle from southern France towards Catalonia, receiving the final GPS route via email approximately one month before the event. The course crosses the Mediterranean coast of France and Spain, incorporating a mix of seaside roads, mountain segments, villages, mountain passes, and natural parks. A staffed checkpoint at kilometre 350 provides a rest stop for sleeping, washing, and bike maintenance, serving as the endpoint for the shorter distance. The event package also includes an emergency contact number, GPS tracking, an equipment inspection, a roadbook, luggage transport, a starting village, and a finishing village with organized activities, conferences, and discussions.
